To apply a wholesale member, you could also follow the steps below:
- Download and fill our Credit Application Form --> Download
- Fax the Credit Application Form to:
626-300-9177
- Once your credit approved, we will contact you and provide you with Wholesaler MemberId and password, then you could login and view our online catalog with wholesale prices, and order online.
We strongly recommend using Adobe Reader 6.0 or upper version to view our Credit Application Form.
